It is the sole responsibility of the delegate or of the group contact person to take care of any visa requirements. Applicants or group contact persons who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the visa application procedure. Applicants or group contact persons should contact the nearest local Embassy or Consulate of Greece to determine the appropriate timing and conditions of the visa application.

Please check the current visa requirements with your travel agent in your country before your departure to Greece and request all visa documents well in advance.

Visa invitation letter

After you have completed the 5th AISDD registration process, have paid the registration fee and have sent any required certificates, you can request a visa invitation letter by e-mail at info@conferre.gr.

If you need your visa invitation letter originally signed and stamped by 5th AISDD, please let the 5th AISDD Organizing Bureau know before February 28th, 2022. The 5th AISDD organizing Bureau will not send the original signed and stamped invitation letter to you via standard post but ONLY by fax. If you do still need any original documents returned to you by post you will be asked to cover the costs of any courier post yourself and until February 28th 2022.

The 5th AISDD administration and organizing bureau will not contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.
